Hee-ya!

The cousins swept through for another overnight on their way home. We were ready for them this time and had loads of laughs and fun! We cannot wait to see them again in the fall.
Hanging out on the swing.
Bein' bashful.
I'm sure I will have many more pictures like this- but it is still funny.

Getting a push. These two seemed to really get along well!
Playing catch.

3 of the boys (two of the older cousins and Camden) were playing "ninja" in this box that my new stovetop came in. The next day Camden would yell, "hee-ya!!" and burst through the box just like the older boys were doing the night before. He just giggles and giggles.

a day out to play

The dog days of summer are officially upon us! Too hot to go to the park and the kitchen counters were bring put in today, so we decided to give hopscotch another try. The boys were almost a full year older and boy, they could do so much more! They still weren't crazy about the inflatable bouncy, but were up to trying everything else. Miles even went down the slide all by himself (sorry, no pictures, it is a lot to watch 2 in a crazy place full of kids. I didn't always have my camera). We were so happy to meet the Borders there for a little twin playtime.
They are a blur in this picture literally because they were a blur running so fast!

Trains! Trains and more trains!

They loved this house from step 2. Both boys were able to navigate it without help.
Lunch time! What big boys! Only had to chase after Miles once- I think they were hungry.

The fruit of our labor :) Or really the fruit of our money and then somebody else's labor. Nonetheless, it looks great and we like it a lot.

checking out the chompers

Like much of the nation, it seems HOT here. It doesn't just seem hot, it is hot. We have been spending some much needed time in the pool. Both boys are big splashers, but Camden seems a bit more into it than Miles (he would rather run around).
Checking out the trucks

"I am going to splash you! Ready or not!"

The boys also had their first dental check up today. The dentist got a quick peek and said that everything looked good. Overall, not too traumatic and both boys sported a new toy.

here for a visit

It has been a great week! Our Indiana cousins came for brief visit before heading on to vacation. We played and played.

As you can see, we have a little bit of trouble holding still.

Thanks so much for all the "new" clothes! Miles took a liking to this outfit.

"Yes Mama, I am Spiderman!"

We are always working on skills. Camden can now put on "simple" clothing. He loves to wear this hat around. Too Cute!
The video from my new camera is HD, therefore the video may skip now.
Our first dentist visit is tomorrow, wish Mama and Daddy luck!

Jackson's Orchard

We spent today out at Jackson's orchard. Although it was warm ,we enjoyed ourselves and now have peaches for the week (or if it is up to Daddy until Saturday)!

Scoping out the tractors.

A little one left from the 4th.

Happy July 4th!

Lots of fun happening this weekend!
Where's Miles?
Peek-a-boo!

Need a cute mower?

Playin' in the pool.

Hanging out in the woods.
Mommy is all done! she took her test n 7/4 and passed with flying colors. So, now we're all sitting back and relaxing a bit until August.
Strangely enough, our boys have not learned how to say "no" yet. They do shake their head "no" but really I expected the word. In fact, Camden is on a big "yeah" kick. Do you want more? "Yeah." Do you want to go outside? "Yeah." It is really cute.
Miles is picking up more words. Only we can really understand him, but he is trying soooo hard. "Eye, ear, nose, mouth." I swear today I heard "boat." You can watch his little mouth try.
Hopefully we will hear more and more words from them (they are a bit behind in that department). Things they are ahead in, they can walk backwards and throw a ball and are climbing more and more each day. Camden pretends to give his bear his sippy cup and also will bring Miles his cup. Both boys will help pick up toys and really like to wash their hands. That's what we're up to!
