Big Boys!

Well, if you didn't already know, my boys are getting big! Camden had been having trouble sleeping for a while, and waking up quite a bit during the night... so I thought it might be time for a change. First off- no more paci! One night of crying, and he really has been good since. We took the paci and Camden got to "buy" a new truck with it. The first night in the beds, Greg found Camden in the middle of the floor sleeping, but after that things have been good. The boys are actually napping together too! They are such awesome little people and I am soooo lucky to be their Mom!

What a feeling!

Miles loves to groove! He got one of my head bands and "flash danced" around the room.

Being a twin is good for...

playing on the teeter totter

Gettin' messy

We get messy! Whether it is popsicles or lunch or helping mama in the kitchen, what fun is it if you are not covered in food?

Amy Poehler was recently on Ellen and she spoke about having 2 boys. I couldn't agree more:

Playdate at Jackson's

Oh how we love our "Anna Bru!" That is what Miles and Camden call their best friends Anna and Brooklyn. What a beautiful fall day, temps in the 70's and overcast. We spent the morning at Jackson's orchard getting ready for a BGMoM's event. I love to watch them all interact.
They were holding hands, I missed it...

Helping each other out.

Too stinkin' cute!

Snack time! Thanks Miss Mandy!

So much fun and smiles!

Kitchen helpers

The boys really do like to help out in the kitchen. Sometimes they help decorate...

Sometimes they sample...
We will miss you greatly Jenny, Stuart, Kate, Spencer, Ella and Josiah Borders.  We hope you enjoyed the cupcakes!

Days with Daddy

Obviously with Mama gone 12+ hours when she works, the boys get quiet a few Daddy days. You never know what they will be up to, but Daddy fills them with FUN!
Showing off in Mama's shoes.

Miles loves the crowns from Burger King. Right now it is is favorite restaurant, even though he has probably only been there twice.
Camden taking his first trip down the twisty slide at Basil Griffin park. It is 2 stories high!

Feeding the ducks.

Scoping out the tractors.

And Bobcats. Talk about two happy boys.

Balloons and Tunes

Annually, BG has a balloon festival. This year the weather was lovely and we decided to venture to the balloon glow.
As always, something with four wheels will gran their attention.

such cuties!

Miles being cheesey. He likes to yell "cheese" at the camera.

I think I had just yelled at them to look at me, sometimes you get what you ask for.

Hiking at Mammoth Cave

With the weather turning cooler, time for a little more hiking. We headed off to Mammoth cave and went on a 2.0 mile hike. Well, Greg and I went on a 2.0 mile hike, Miles and Camden went on about a 0.75 mile hike with Mommy carrying them the rest of the time. Regardless it was a lovely 3 hours (yes 3 hours) and the really worked up an appetite!

There are some turkeys here if you look closely!

Labor day!

Wow- time has flew! We can't believe that it is the second week of September. Here are some photos from our annual trip to Nana's cabin. The boatride was great fun! Maybe next year we will try the water- maybe

Look at that concentration! He does that everytime he colors.
